An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader with some health/medical experience to oversee to the running of two busy teams - around 17 staff. This role is working alongside two other team leaders.

Based in Greenlane and starting ASAP this role is full time hours (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri) and will run for approximately a 6-8 week period.

Day to day duties include:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the teams
• Ensuring accuracy and monitoring of rostering, work flow and allocation of work
• Supporting the team and providing additional capacity where necessary
• Monitoring unprocessed referrals and taking action where necessary
• Organising regular team meeting

To be considered you will have:

• Proven leadership and operational experience in a health setting - 2-3 years minimum
• Strong HR and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to think strategically and plan accordingly
