Job description:
- Developing, reviewing, negotiating and recording variations to projects
- Resolving inquiries and problems arising from the projects
- Cooperating with all parties to achieve the goal of the projects on time
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Supervising contractors work and making records of work order variation
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Collecting and analyzing data relating to the projects and preparing reports for improvement
- Making suggestions to the management layer and carrying out their decisions
- Reporting to the management layer timely about the variation to work orders and outcomes of the projects
Job pre-requisites:
- At least two years experience in project coordinator, office management role or similar
- Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
- Good communication skills
- 2nd language skills are a big plus but not essential
- Must have a reasonable level of physical fitness
- Full New Zealand Drivers Licence (or equivalent) preferred (you may need to visit clients or travel between projects)
- The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test
