About the role The New Zealand Qualifications Authority are seeking Business Liaison Officers to join the Operations and Logistics (OAL) business unit in Assessment Division.
This role coordinates the service delivery to key internal clients, including the processing of applications and claims, procurement and invoicing, database development and maintenance, updating web content, workshop events, travel and accommodation bookings. This role will be supporting our Ngā Poutoko Aromatawai Māori business unit. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of te reo and tikanga Māori, with an ability to incorporate this into your day-to-day work.
Skills and experienceWe're looking for a person who enjoys working in te ao Māori and diverse teams, with good communication skills, has good keyboard skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. Previous experience working in an office environment and providing high quality customer service would be an advantage.
