Engineer to join their ICT team and contribute to their mission.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of the On-premise team who manage the infrastructure environment and participate in the cloud migration. The position involves being in charge of operational ownership for delivery of BAU, project work, and assurance responsibilities.
The primary responsibility of this senior role includes maintaining production systems, troubleshooting issues that arise and provide support for the core ICT infrastructure with an emphasis on server technologies to the third level.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar infrastructure role with large enterprise organisations.
- Sound understanding of customer service delivery in an IT environment.
- Strong experience supporting Linux servers.
- Experience working in a VMware ESX environment or equivalent virtualization software.
- Experience supporting NetApp SANs.
- Practical experience with technologies such as PowerShell/VB, HP/NetApp storage area network.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Experience provisioning and supporting Microsoft servers in both on-premise and cloud environment.
- Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience managing Office 365 technologies such as Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience supporting Microsoft clustering, Exchange, SharePoint, or SQL (highly desirable).
