The role:
An exciting role, where you’ll join our very busy, but fun, Queenstown branch and enjoy the variety and opportunities of working with a close-knit, experienced team within a large organisation.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you predominantly working in the Showroom and behind the counter, ensuring that our customers, who are made up mainly of tradies, businesses and home-owners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service.
You’ll have the chance to learn our products, and this will give you the opportunity to progress in the branch, the business and the organisation. Product, trade or industry knowledge would be a real bonus, but we are also happy to train you from scratch and kick start your career with Mico!
This is a permanent, full time role, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am-5pm (with some flexibility) and rostered Saturday morning’s just once a month from 8.30am-11.30am with paid overtime.
About you:
To shine in this role, you’ll bring energy, a bubbly, customer-focused attitude and a strong work ethic to the business and be prepared to muck in and work with the rest of our team. The ability to build rapport and relationships should be your strength and you’ll be IT savvy too.
We are a close-knit, fun-loving team, looking for someone with a confident, out-going personality and a natural ability to relate to lots of different people. We all pull together so being prepared to get stuck in and assist where needed is a must.
