The Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join a skilled team.

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

This role will require you to ensure customers are dealt with efficiently and professionally by providing a first-class customer service and reservations experience.

About You

• Full or Restricted Licence
• Previous relevant customer service experience
• Solutions focused with the ability to think on your feet and drive efficiency
• Must be able to work in a team as well as off own initiative
• Computer literacy with motivation to learn and take advantage of new technologies
• Ability to build rapport, establish and maintain professional relationships
• A personality that thrives in a busy environment and enjoys multitasking
