We are on the lookout for Software Test Specialist to join us in our Customer Identity and Access Management - cloud enablement project.
Your new role
As a Software Specialist for the 10xtheTX Identity workstream, you'll be the hands-on Test lead in the team testing the Ping Identity implementation for our customer identity transformation. This highly visible team is part of ASB’s wider cloud transformation programme.
We are looking for a mix of technical and interpersonal skills to support the following activities:
- Support the ongoing development and refinement of Customer Identity and Access Management requirements and specifications with a testing lens.
- Implementing test automation, including functional and performance testing.
- Collaborate across the business to foresee testing demand
- Guide teams and stakeholders on how testing should be carried out
- Develop and refine agile testing strategies and plans
- Verifying and validating identity solutions being developed
- Analysing and reporting test results
- Working with stakeholders for end to end testing and leading test outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an individual that will provide expertise and assurance on how Customer Identity and Access Management should be managed, is ready to tackle the latest and greatest identity management solutions, a passionate, self-starter with the ability to work on problems from inception to completion.
You will be a thought leader, an individual who keeps abreast of the latest trends and developments in the identity space, a champion for a standards-based pattern-led approach. You will work collaboratively with our squads and stakeholders to be the voice of engineering and deliver products that delight our customers.
We are looking for an individual that will take ownership of our quality, drive continuous change for the squad and customers to ensure we are delivering best possible outcomes. We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive test engineering experience with both manual and test automation experience.
- Experience in Web/SSO Automation using tools like Selenium etc.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the proven ability to take charge, lead collaboration and facilitate discussions across different squads and platforms.
- Proven knowledge across functional, system, integration, and end to end testing.
- Good understanding and experience of working using Agile principles.
