As our business continues to grow, we are aligning our warehousing operation to meet with ever increasing volumes. We are now looking for an Inventory Team Leader to join our Logistics Support Team. This role is 40 hrs per week, from 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Inventory control is an essential part of our Warehousing operation and as Team Leader you will be pivotal in ensuring our inventory is effectively managed and controlled.
We’d love to talk to you if you are:
- A natural leader, able to manage a small team, ensuring they follow the correct processes when managing inventory.
- A great communicator, happy to liaise with clients and multiple internal departments regarding inventory variances, client stock takes, damaged stocks etc.
- Great focus and a high degree of attention to detail
- Naturally curious to find a solution when faced with a variety of inventory issues.
- Able to navigate different IT systems, provide KPI data and ensure the inventory database is accurately maintained.
- Proactive in look for ways to improve inventory control processes and methods.
Experience in stock management including inventory control (minimum of 2 years) and ideally with people management experience.
