An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Coordinator to join the Property team to manage, and co-ordinate operational activity associated with all of ACC’s new build, fit out and relocation projects.

Your responsibilities will be varied, but the core of the role will be providing operational management and support to the Project Managers.

You will be:

  • Making sure projects are supported around agendas, minutes, action lists, and scheduling meetings
  • Keeping project documents up to date – risk and issues register, dependencies register, project schedule and project artefacts
  • Supporting delivery of reporting, papers, briefs and presentations
  • Support for project financials and procurement
  • Managing day-to-day operational property project activities and supporting on time delivery
  • Managing the Property inbox and coordinating responses
  • Managing, updating, and coordinating the internal internet page with project updates
  • Supporting the delivery phase of the project.

The role is established and organised, with a strong foundation to work from. However, there is the opportunity to extend even further into ensuring consistency of processes are applied across all property projects.

This is a permanent position, preferably based in Wellington.

We’re looking for:

  • Adaptability – you will be working on large property projects with hard timelines, and you may need to work with changing priorities
  • Experience in property/construction/logistics or assets management
  • Project coordination or support experience – an understanding of the project lifecycle would be very useful
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Technical ability – able to use all MS packages and quickly pick up new systems
  • Excellent time management.

The base salary range for this role is $69,795 to $98,535 with starting salary depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant. ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
