Our Hamilton Plant is in need of experienced machine operators to join our passionate team on a fulltime basis. Hours of work vary by department.

We are looking for self-starters who can demonstrate the following:
A can-do attitude
A strong mathematical ability
Awareness of safety for you and your co-workers, particularly around machines
Experience in carrying out quality checks
The ability to solve problems in a structured manner
Able to operate/set machines to achieve safety, quality, yield and throughput targets
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised
Punctual, reliable, in good health
A cooperative attitude to continuous improvement

Previous experience in operating, setting and troubleshooting high-speed machinery is desirable but not essential for this role. Full training will be given. Experience in lean or competitive manufacturing will be considered an advantage. What is essential is that the successful candidate can demonstrate a strong operating/setting focus as well as a commitment to Health & Safety and Quality.
