The role:
On the lookout for a sales-driven, enthusiastic team leader who can push this store to new limits.

• Coach, motivate, and inspire your team through detailed and ongoing training
• Must have strong leadership ability with proven experience
• Tuesday - Sunday roster, 40 hours per week
• Team size of 6

Skills and Attributes required:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a Store Managers position
• Ability to maintain stock levels through persistent stock management
• Enthusiastic, motivational, and hard-working personality
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experienced in working with KPIs with a great understanding of how these drive sales
