The Role We have a vacancy for a Payroll Partner to join the team. The Payroll Partner’s role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all Payroll related tasks in accordance with legislation, contractual terms and conditions, company procedures and Business Unit requirements.
This role is responsible for managing and processing end to end weekly payroll activities, providing guidance and advice where required, payroll processing in our Chris21 payroll system, new hire set ups, maintaining employee data. This requires the individual to have experience with manual calculations, pay adjustments, monthly reconciliations managing and providing advice on compliance issues relating to legislation as well as providing excellent customer service to our business and its employees.
About You We are looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years proven payroll experience. We are looking for an approachable people person who has a passion for the job. Your role is paramount to ensuring the weekly Payroll operates efficiently and as such you will enjoy taking ownership, assisting others, and working collaboratively whilst remaining confident, resilient, and working accurately.
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running. You must have experience with running an end-to-end payroll of between 200 to 700 weekly wages and have proven success in operating in a high performing team. Stakeholder management and exceptional customer service and attention to detail and accuracy is key. You will be part of a large, experienced team of payroll professionals, whose success is due to our high standards and supportive, friendly environment.
