To deliver professional administration support and provide highly customer focussed and effective reception services for the Centre for Assessment of Prior Learning.

- Ability to work independently.
- Proven leadership and task/administration management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication.
- An understanding of financial systems and the ability to process accounting transactions.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when handling complex processes.
- Excellent time manager with the ability to prioritise.
- Experience coordinating fluctuating workloads and prioritising accordingly.
- Sound planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and follow through to achieve final outcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical with an understanding of complex systems and processes
- Competent in using a range of computer systems and software, including the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to manipulate statistical information into reports.
