Job Description And Qualification
Detailed Tasks
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the divisionâs existing data files using Computer or manual systems
- Helps in the preparation of tables in Excel and basic data analysis
- Supports the encoding and updating of the divisionâs online knowledge repositories and its contents
- Support the maintenance and updating of the divisionâs filing systems and records in accordance with the divisionâs existing framework
- Assists in the setup of arrangements for conferences, seminars, and meetings and other
- Logs incoming documents in the system and delivers outgoing mails/faxes
- Assists in the preparation of correspondence and documents for ADB supervisory staff in
- Helps coordinate schedules for appointments, meetings, travels and accommodation of
- Assists in the screening of incoming telephone calls, taking of messages, and dealing with
- Assists in the stock-taking of office supplies inventory for the division and maintenance of its Adequacy
- The ideal candidate would have a Bachelorâs Degree with at least 3-5 years relevant professional experience. The following are the required knowledge and skills:
- Good computer skills. Familiar with computer systems used generally in multilateral organizations
- Good typing skills. Good memo composition and editing skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and standardized practices. Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Able to liaise and work effectively with staff within own work location
- Able to work with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
