Job Description:
- Monitor O Level teaching staff daily via Classroom Observations (CRO) and copy checking to provide coaching and improvement of academic approaches
- Devise strategies to improve language and teaching skills of senior level teachers, where applicable
- Ensure coordination amongst teachers for effective lesson planning (maintain coordination registers, master plans, and updated soft copies)
- Oversee the administration of all assessments on or before the deadline and interpret test data
- Maintain updated records and perform administrative tasks associated with departmental activities, i.e. maintain student files, attendance reports, and test / exam materials, etc.
- Assist the School Head in developing and implementing the School Improvement Plan (SIP).
- Support teachers with their weekly work Position Location: Ring Road, Lahore.
