• Establish and coordinate all IE & Continuous improvement activities at site

• Monitor attainment of the production plans and KPIs

• Monitor the process of lean implementation and manage/promote KAIZEN activities

• Facilitate, coordinate and ensure that reporting of progress of all projects is timely and complete

• Use Lean Six Sigma and time study to create IE standard for Bulk and Laboratory. Create Manning standard and Machine Capacity for Production and Planning.

• Waste Reduction, including Conversion Factor control, rounding profile review and process control. Therefore, to create waste control model and do reconciliation analysis for waste performance.

• Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for Manufacturing Lead Time improvement of Bulk and Laboratory production
