Job Description


Eurofins has successfully implemented a Treasury Management System in 2018 to manage its daily treasury activities. In 2022, Eurofins will go further into the implementation process of the TMS: the Treasury team needs to be reinforced in order to deploy the system across the Group and support the daily requests from users.

Global Treasury System Administrator will:

  • take part in this project of deployment (interface from Group tools to Treasury System, payment and accounting files generation).
  • take care of the day-to-day administration of the system (monitoring and update of the TMS, onboarding of new stakeholders) and activity (follow-up of internal projects, support of TMS users, support of Group Treasury Team etc.).
  • develop processes to secure the change requests and propose automation to support administration (with the legal database, with the ERPs).
  • be a helpdesk for the National Service Centers for the Treasury Management System and payment platform.

Qualifications
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Finances or in IT with a good understanding of finance processes
  • From 2 to 5 years’ experience in administrating software would be a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Good skills in Excel and VBA
  • Knowledge of SQL/WPF/Power Shell/Power query would be a plus
  • Strong administrative skills and process-oriented mindset
  • Very good communication skills
