Introduction
Kompleksowa obsługa wniosków dotyczących kredytów hipotecznych: aneksy, realizacja historii spłat, spłata kredytów, korespondencja z klientem zgodna z wyznaczonymi standardami, w ramach procesu outsourcingu.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Zakres obowiązków:

• Realizacja wniosków dotyczących kredytów hipotecznych z zachowaniem najwyższego standardu jakości obsługi, zgodnego z wytycznymi zleceniodawcy i obowiązującymi Instrukcjami.
• Udzielanie klientom rzetelnych i aktualnych informacji, zgodnych
  z danymi zawartymi w wykorzystywanych na stanowisku pracy systemach i narzędziach wspomagających.
• Wykonywanie innych czynności przekazanych przez bezpośredniego przełożonego.
• Przestrzeganie obowiązujących procedur operacyjnych, w tym w zakresie bezpieczeństwa oraz przepisów wewnętrznych Banku i Zleceniodawcy przy wykonywaniu dyspozycji klientów.
• Niezwłoczne rozwiązywanie ewentualnych problemów zgłoszonych przez klientów zgodnie z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie procedurami Zleceniodawcy.
• Poszerzanie wiedzy poprzez aktywny udział w szkoleniach wewnętrznych oraz codzienne zapoznawanie się z aktualnymi informacjami/zmianami.
• Rzetelna realizacja celów wyznaczonych przez bezpośredniego przełożonego.
• Umiejętność poruszania się w przepisach Prawa bankowego
