Main Purpose of the Job: As Supply Chain Finance Senior Analyst you are primary responsible for finance business partnering to Unilever Supply Chain and Marketing & Sale organizations in Europe. You act as first point of contact for European category finance directors and managers and factory controllers. You are responsible for guiding the processes & timing for forecasting cycle and periodical transfer price updates. The primary aim of your role is delivering understanding of supply chain cost development and transparent communication to business partners. You are also expected to have good team management skills & experience as you will lead the team between 1 to 3 people. During the project phase you will be responsible for supporting the transition of processes and the set-up of the new team in Katowice. What you can expect from the role?

  • Being the linking pin between the supply chain and country marketing and brand development teams;
  • Develop impact analyses and prepare communication of changes in Transfer Prices
  • Deliver understanding & transparency of Supply Chain cost developments
  • Improve and develop reporting for Unilever European factories that enable better performance management and decision making
  • Continuously improving/simplifying processes;
  • Develop the team to improve the processes.

  • Shown skills with MS Office (excellent skills in Excel) and SAP
  • Track record on analytical and process improvement capabilities
  • Ability to manage and hold other stakeholders accountable
  • Fluent in English, including finance vocabulary
  • Experience in Business Partnering area is an advantage
  • University degree in Finance (minimum Bachelor)
  • Minimum of 4 years of finance working experience preferably in accounting
