Join the Global Service Supplier (GSS) Operations, The Expense Monitoring and Corporate Card Team to manage audit process of employees travel & entertainment expense claims and operations related to issuance and maintenance of the corporate cards.

As a Junior Analyst you will be responsible for processing corporate card applications and supporting requests linked to the corporate cards program in a timely and accurate manner to ensure adherence to the firm's policy, corporate substantiation standards and local tax regulations. You may also participate in other expense monitoring, compliance related tasks and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader.

Job responsibilities

  • On a daily basis manage card issuance and card maintenance requests linked to the corporate card program.
  • Support processing corporate card applications in line with the firm's policy and KYC requirements of the card issuers.
  • Respond to customer's queries and suggest best case solution in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform pre-clearance compliance check and entity screening requests.
  • Perform compliance audit and quality assurance on expense claims.
  • Participate in a culture of continuous improvement with focus on improving processes, automation and delivery efficiency as well as a world class customer experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills with a customer service driven focus.
  • Ability to interact with both JPMC employees and external Stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Good MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Degree or significant previous equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and a good team player.
  • Previous experience related to corporate cards program management would be a benefit.
