Your role:
Indirect management of the work of the logistics centre, direct cooperation with Operations Managers and control of KPIs in each department.

What will we do together?
- Managing the team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, supervising the performance of duties, organising work in accordance with health and safety regulations,
- Indirect management of all areas of the logistics centre,
- Active involvement in defining and overseeing KPIs,
- Initiating and supervising the implementation of appropriate countermeasures to disruptions that have occurred,
- Planning, together with the Operations Managers, the workflow, the necessary personnel and technology,
- Preparing reports for the immediate supervisor,
- Execution of actions taken in accordance with the DHL Supply Chain principle "Right first time; Passion; Anything is possible".
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the management area,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics,
- High level knowledge of English,
- Very good knowledge of warehouse processes,
- Knowledge of health and safety, fire prevention and labour law-especially with regard to working time,
- Knowledge of modern management methods,
- Knowledge of Lean Management,
- High interpersonal communication skills,
- Ability to prioritise and think analytically,
