Job Description
We are seeking a Receptionist for our Krakow office. The Krakow office is an important and rapidly growing location on Verisk's global map.
The Receptionist will hold an important role, becoming part of the local Team, while also working closely with visitors and suppliers.
This position will conduct office administration processes for the Verisk office in Krakow; including but not limited to meeting and greeting all visitors; receiving, distributing, and providing courier/post deliveries; purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels; managing access cards management. This job requires presence in the office 5 days a week.
Activities and Responsibilities:
Taking care of the current organization and administrative activities at Reception
Meeting and greeting all visitors. Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office
Email/phone contact/cooperation with suppliers, employees
Answering phone calls incoming for a company number
Access card's management (Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Receiving and distributing daily deliveries
Providing couriers services
Purchasing office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
Qualifications
Behaviours/Skills required:
Excellent organizational skills
Communicative, proactive and customer oriented
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
Proficiency of MS Office tools
Previous experience in reception area (administration, reception) is desired
