TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management. They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions. What your background should look like:

• In order to drive efficient back office operations, TE Connectivity will establish two regional shared service centers to support centralized processing of select finance functions including Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• This position will report to the O2C Process Delivery Supervisor and be a member of O2C teams focused on Client Credit Management, Dispute Management and Collections. Key attributes of this role include:

• Experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units
• Strong understanding of end to end O2C processes and associated technology platforms
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, solid problem solving and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with deadlines
