We are is seeking an Office Administrator to work in our office based in London. Key Responsibilities: Answering calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately Checking suppliers have orders and requesting order acknowledgements Track orders due in, liaising with suppliers on a regular basis for updates and information and chasing late or no show deliveries on a daily basis Purchasing/Sales related reporting and administration as required. Regular liaison with suppliers, stores and internal teams. General office duties as required e.g Filing/photocopying Key Skills: Excellent telephone manner – polite, professional and courteous at all times Confident dealing with customers and demonstrates good customer service skills Organised, punctual and reliable Good Interpersonal skills with some office experience Able to prioritise and multitask Professional attitude and appearance Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including excel. Some experience of purchasing with an interest in procurement is desirable Salary: £20,000 – £21,000/annum Job Type: Full Time Job Location: London, UK
