Due to retirement within the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Nursing Team in Fife. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead, to support and develop the nursing team.

The Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Nursing service covers the whole of Fife via two teams. It is essential that you are a visible leader whilst carrying out clinical supervision, leadership and management duties. The Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team Lead needs to be clinically experienced, have the knowledge and ability to manage competing clinical issues and staff governance on a daily basis.

You should have a commitment to patient centred care and support of people with Complex and Enduring Mental Health Issues. As the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team Lead you must have the ability to support the operational demands of the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Nursing service, monitor and respond to clinical and quality governance processes and have excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, staff and other stakeholders.

You will be expected to support the Clinical Service Manager / Head of Nursing and Lead nurse to continue the development of the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Service and deliver safe and effective care that enhances the patient experience and contributes to the delivery of the National Health and Wellbeing Objectives.

You must be a qualified RMN and have relevant post registration experience within a Mental Health Setting
