Required Qualifications/Experience:

· University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline.

· CPA /CA / ACCA or equivalent qualifications is mandatory

· Minimum 20 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.

· Significant experience in leading Financial Control, financial reporting and planning in management capacity with a strong understanding of the local and global banking industry.

· Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IASs.

· Knowledge of IR communications

· Working knowledge of external reporting and management/Board reporting
