C@P Key user to support Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales.
- Manage all customer and prospect data, as well as contact processes.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and maintain an e-mail Marketing Strategies
- Internal weekly and monthly C@P report breaking down showroom performance through different KPIs.
- Create and maintain campaigns and target groups and reporting on C@P and other Sales and Marketing campaigns.
- Provides sales analysis e.g., sales funnel, lost leads analysis and customer data quality to the sales team.
- Proactive liaison for the achievement of optimizing customer/prospect data quality within different internal database.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) for measurement of customer/prospect data.
- Ensure the security of all customer/prospect data within the respective market.
- Ensuring the quality of all Customer Services documentation, including all procedures and processes, to enable continued delivery of effective communication.
- Continuous update of customer information based on data from sales department and other sources.
- Responsible for Welcome Kits, anniversary kits and any other distribution of physical communication to customers, maintaining record of this update and able to generate reports upon request.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the employee and are aimed towards the company objectives and goals.
- Assist in organizing and attending events and exhibitions
