We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK, Spain, France, Portugal & Germany and not stopping there. We're growing fast and looking for a Resource Coordinator to come and help us scale the operations of our resource management.

The Role

You will be responsible for traffic-managing all agency resource requests and scheduling them in our agency-management software in a timely manner. You will be working directly with our Senior Resource Manager to resolve booking conflicts and maximise our commercial capability.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to juggle multiple moving pieces at once, all with amazing attention to detail. You should be comfortable with spreadsheets, and numbers with a good basic commercial understanding.


️ What you'll be doing:

  • Resource Coordination: traffic management of all resource requests, managing & scheduling using our agency management software (Productive) in accordance with project plans. All must be done with great accuracy and speed, and in advance to enable us to plan our hiring activity accurately.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: keeping track of where our resource is coming under pressure and reporting to our Senior Resource Manager
  • Systems Management: responsible for the set-up of all resource in our agency management software (Productive) ensuring cost rates and non-billable time are scheduled correctly
  • Freelancers & Contractors: sourcing, briefing and monitoring our existing network of freelancers as well as developing our use of Croudies in our Group's proprietary software (Croud Control)

Who we're looking for:

  • You've got 1+ years of experience working in an operational role (preferably in an agency)
  • Organised, agile with an eye for detail; you'll be able to work at a fast pace and keep our data up-to-date
  • Confidence with numbers: you must be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and making various calculations based on our time
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset; you understand the diplomacy, empathy & tact needed in operations
  • A problem-solver who understands the job of resourcing is never done, it's a never-ending puzzle
  • Good understanding and comfort working with various software; with good Excel skills
  • Real drive and ambition: we're a growing team and have ambitious plans, so we're looking for someone who wants to help shape our business - and FinOps team - over the next few years
