Job Description As an Apprentice Lease Advisor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights into the world of commercial real estate. Working alongside experienced professionals in our Lease Advisory department, you will assist with a wide range of tasks related to lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring. Support senior team members in conducting market research and analysis. Assist in preparing lease documentation and reports for clients. participate in client meetings and property inspection. collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for maximizing value and minimizing risk for clients. Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Colliers International. Qualifications A strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Minimum of A-level qualifications or equivalent.
