About the role

Our relationship with our exams officers is one of our most valuable assets. For candidates and schools to engage with us and successfully administer our qualifications, their exams officer is our key point of contact in each school. In this role, you will be a key part of the Exams Officer Communications and Training Team, training exams officers at Cambridge International Schools worldwide (around 10 000 schools).

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team. In this brand-new role, you will work with our Training Lead to develop and improve our current programme of exams officer training.

Your role will include:

  • supporting the development and delivery of all training, including live webinars, and self-study courses.
  • identifying new training opportunities and topics of interest to exams officers
  • reviewing feedback about our training programme from exams officers and responding to it
  • developing relationships with Cambridge regional teams worldwide to make sure they are supported when interacting with exams officers.
  • supporting the busy exams officer communication team at certain times of the year.

About you

You are a good communicator with strengths in creativity and problem solving.

You can manage multiple projects concurrently and can work to tight deadlines. A self-starter who is happy to work independently and as part of a team. You are comfortable reviewing complex information from multiple sources and explaining it in simple terms.

You are looking for a role where you can further develop your knowledge of training methodologies and your e-learning design skills.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of global education and the challenges faced by schools and exams officers.
