up to £9.50 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass – 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the world


About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Admissions & Retail Hosts to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.


As a Admissions & Retail Host you will work within our Admissions & Retail department, seeking out opportunities for exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity! Our commercial team members will work across both elements of our commercial offering, gaining transferrable skills across our business and delivering a consistent, outstanding and memorable guest journey.


Admissions


  • Our Admissions team are the first team to welcome our guests for their visit, selling tickets, Annual Passes, assisting guests through the turnstiles and working in the car park to wave goodbye at the end of the day


Retail


  • Our Retail team members are the faces of our Brick-Tastic LEGO stores across the resort! Assisting our guests with their purchases, suggesting LEGO products that might align with their interests and processing their purchases at the till


Please note - internally this role will be known as Commercial Host


Experience required:

  • A confident communicator who is happy to interact with guests of all ages!
  • Experience of cash handling, profit protection and stock-taking procedures is desirable
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • If you haven’t worked in a theme park setting before don’t worry! We will provide you with all the training you need to deliver memorable experiences every day
