Window Cleaner

Manchester – covering sites across the Northwest

£22,037- £23,197 per year

40 hours per week

We pay up to £500 welcome bonus when you join Sanctuary and up to £500 per year thereafter retention bonus

We are looking for a Window Cleaner to join our Northwest Estate Services team. You will be responsible for window cleaning, gutter vacuum cleaning and other duties. You will join a large team and will work alongside 1 other operative sharing a van. You will cover various sites across the Northwest region and have opportunities to further your career carrying out training when required.

The role of Window Cleaner will include:

• Carrying out window cleaning, caretaking and cleaning duties
• Serving as a first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information when needed
• Identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained
• Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicle are maintained in good condition and stock levels are maintained appropriately

Skills and experiences:

• Working knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning
• Some experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Some experience in understanding simple verbal instructions and undertaking duties as requested
• Ability to work to deadlines
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
