Job Description

The world’s busiest International Airport and the hub of the Civil Aviation world is looking for people to join their Social Media Team as a Digital Associate.

£11.46 per hour (weekly pay!)

Permanent Contract 37.5 hours per week

We are open Monday to Sunday between 6:30am and 11pm.

Day to Day Responsibilities


Once you have completed our training experience, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries and requests relating to any purchase or service received such as Parking, Baggage and Airport Facilities. This will involve:

  • Managing inbound chats and contacts via Social Media Platforms such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Provide a high level of service to all customers
  • Ensure that a seamless journey is arranged for our customers
  • Confidently resolve all queries/complaints and provide positive outcomes for all customers
  • Drive customer satisfaction and enhance the brand

About You


  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and good time management
  • Ability to work on own initiative and still remain part of the team
  • Previous hospitality/retail customer service experience is preferred.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident individual with customer service experience
