The salary for this role is £21,021 - £25,740 dependant on experience.


What it's like to work here:Hatchlands Park was built in the 1750s for naval hero Admiral Edward Boscawen and his wife Frances. Since then, it has housed wealthy families, a finishing school for girls and even a printing press. Today, visitors can wander through 400 acres of rolling parkland and woodland, stop for coffee in the Kitchen Café all year round or see inside the house on six afternoons a week, between March and October.

Hatchlands Park forms a portfolio of two properties with Clandon Park situated 2.5 miles away in West Clandon. The Facilities and Support Services team spreads across the whole portfolio, working to keep our buildings and facilities safe and compliant and our business operations running efficiently.

Reporting to our Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the property working alongside all our property teams by delivering efficient business services. You’ll ensure the highest standards of customer service across the property by always implementing a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.


What you'll be doing:You'll be responsible for the delivery of efficient, proactive and flexible business services at Hatchlands Park. Through working as part of a team you'll enable your stakeholders to deliver the organisational strategy and meet their objectives. Your responsibilities will include general business services, records management, system/process management, soft facilities management and financial management.

You’ll role model exceptional customer service, providing a consistent point of contact for your team, visitors and external stakeholders. You will co-ordinate the efficient and discreet handling of data using a number of business systems. Part of a small, flexible team, you'll work alongside colleagues and volunteers creating a great place to work. You’ll work in an environmentally conscious manner, monitoring the resources that are delegated to you.
