Your new role
A key Finance Manager role, reporting to the FD and supervising a small team of staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of day to day finance. This will include:
Assisting the Finance Director in presenting financial information to senior stakeholders, including external investors. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to tight deadlines and development of the reporting pack. The production of financial budgets & forecasts and analysis of income and cost drivers. Interpretation of financial data and KPIs. Business Partnering with key stakeholders. Supervision of a small finance team, who take responsibility for recording of all transactions in the business and day to day book-keeping. Providing ad hoc commercial analysis to support key decisions. Continuous improvement of financial controls and processes. Running the audit process and liaison with auditors.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of a broad Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role, in an SME. You will be used to working with stakeholders at all levels and used to reporting to deadlines. You will be highly IT literate and confident leading a small team of staff. You will be available to start immediately or at short notice and happy to commit to at least three months.
