Project Manager - Surveying

Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in Hampshire with the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead minor works and projects from conception

• Start Date: January
• Duration: 3 months, on-going
• Rate: £250 - £300 per day
• Location: Hampshire

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Effectively manage the timely delivery of new construction projects and maintenance defects valued up to £4m
• Undertake feasibility studies and prepare project briefs including initial design & cost, specifications and schedules of work
• Hold accountability for budget management, decision making, forecasting and reporting
• Ensure corrective action is taken efficiently when issues arise
• Appoint and manage consultants and contractors

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing construction / refurbishment projects within a live environment
• Chartered status e.g. Surveyor or Architect
