Freelance Site Manager required for 1.8 Million 32 week programme on the construction of a drive thru Burger King which will just be the construction of the main shed with no fit out involved. Project is a portal frame building with glazing, services and associated car park. As the no.1 you will have full autonomy and control for the running of the project from inception through to completion to handover to client. Main core responsibilities will be to manage full compliment of trades and labour subcontract packages, manage health & safety, site inductions as well as holding and chairing both client and subcontractor progress meetings

Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as without all of these no application will be considered
