Bradfield College is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic teacher to join our team as Head of Sciences. 

This is an opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take the lead in managing all the different aspects of the departments of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science. You will line manage the four Heads of Department, establishing a vision for the Sciences in the academic life of the College and promoting outstanding teaching and a culture of sharing and mutual support. 

You will be a strategic and inspirational leader and a team player, with excellent communication and organisational skills. A willingness to participate fully in the life of this boarding school community is essential.
