We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known regional law firm that is looking to hire a Corporate Associate to join their reading team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be working on the full spectrum of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investment, capital markets, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. This is a hybrid role with only one day a week required in the office.
To be considered you should have:
England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 3+ experience in handling a range of corporate matters.Training or some experience gained from a Tier 1 corporate teamStrong experience in handling a full caseload of corporate matters including M&A's, joint ventures, corporate re-organisations, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, demergers, MBO/MIB's.For a confidential chat about this or other roles we are handling, please contact David on [email protected]
