Main Responsibilities
Running a caseload of clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law and mental health claimsAssisting other members of staff with their cases and daily tasks where available.Supervision of junior team membersAchieve set financial and chargeable hours targetsDeal with own hearings and trialsAttend NHS Trusts to seek witness statementsEssential criteriaMust have previous NHS resolution clinical defendant experienceExperience of providing other healthcare related adviceKnowledge of CPR proceduresWorking to strict deadlines and timescales
