We are working exclusively, with an Accountancy and Financial Services firm based in Glasgow who are looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their growing team.

What you'll do
Working as part of a team, getting to know clients, their businesses and how they workInteracting with clients to collect all the necessary data and information to carry out the auditSupport the planning, leading fieldwork, managing performance and keeping leaders updatedCompleting audit processes and documenting higher-risk areasIncrease your technical and business skills in areas such as revenue, costs, financial instruments and taxAnalysing the data that goes into a financial statement to make sure it is accurateBuilding and maintain productive working relationships with clientsConstantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
What you'll need
Proven experience as an Audit SeniorICAS, ACA / ACCA qualifiedKnowledge and experience of UK GAAP and International Auditing Standards (UK and Ireland)Aware of WIP and fee targetsExperience of motivating junior team membersForward-thinking with a drive for continuous improvementExcellent planning and organisational skillsExcellent stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, with strong project management skillsExcellent problem solverEffective communication skills
