* £26 - £27 per hour

About the role

* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

* We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Health Visitor to join our team in Romford.

* Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.

* Supporting safeguarding, attending CP conferences, core groups, early help, and mentoring

* Home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

* As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and their families in our local community.

You will provide a range of services, including:

* Health assessments for children from 0 to 5 years old.

* Advice and support to parents on child development, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles

* Safeguarding children and working with families to identify and address any concerns

* Working with other professionals to provide a coordinated approach to care

About you

* You will be a Specialised Public Community Nurse and have at least two years' experience in health visiting

* Qualified HV experience with the use of Rio using the templates, good communication and able to support changes

* Require a work risk assessment.

* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team

* You will also be passionate about working with children and families and have a strong commitment to providing high quality care.
