We're hiring an expert in Commodities Products to drive business development and operational excellence in Gas, Power, Remit Reporting, and LNG data reporting. Responsibilities include managing Derivative and Physical products, representing our organization in IBA Auctions, resolving queries, and optimizing trade life cycles. You'll collaborate closely with Trading, COO, and FM teams to drive transformation and ensure seamless communication between Operations and Sales/Trading desks. Additionally, you'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, build strong client relationships, and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.

 Role Responsibilities 

  • Drive business development in partnership with Trading and COO teams, showcasing end-to-end thinking and operational excellence
  • Proficient in Derivative products, Options, ETD & OTC trade life cycle, and Physically traded Commodities
  • Represent the organization in IBA Auctions for precious metals markets, ensuring effective participation
  • Lead query resolution, trade life-cycling, and day-to-day processing, minimizing risk through timely escalation
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation, collaborating with Technology and FM for transformation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations and Sales/Trading desks, ensuring seamless communication and support
  • Enable new business initiatives, partnering to deliver strategic FM projects
  • Drive global consistency and standardization, working closely with Hubs and regions to close gaps and improve processes
  • Engage with clients to address immediate transaction issues and shape future business decisions
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Hub teams, providing training and support to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor daily KPIs against SLAs to ensure performance targets are met.

 Our Ideal Candidate 

  • Subject matter expert in Commodities Products; specifically, Gas and Power, Remit Reporting and LNG data reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of Derivative products and Options, ETD & OTC trade life cycle and Physically traded Commodities.
  • Experience in the relevant precious metal market(s).
  • University degree preferred.
