Your role will be to directly support the Home Manager to provide high quality care and support of people in keeping with the vision and values of the Organisation. They cater to adults aged 16-64 with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism, and mental health needs.

The Deputy Manager will hold an active role in providing strong management and leadership of the staff teams within our residential services. We support people to achieve the best quality of life possible. Deputy Managers will hold an active responsibility in supporting people within their care to feel safe, to feel well cared for and be at the centre of decision making about their lives wherever possible.

Deputy Managers will act as positive role models for all staff, passionately advocating for the needs of people supported in keeping with values of ProCare Wales. Deputy Managers will actively and competently deputise for the Home Manager when required to do so ensuring that the home is effective in delivering upon the Organisational ‘Vision' for the people supported. Skills and Qualifications Have 2 years + previous experience of personally providing support to individuals and managing staff teams providing support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues
