Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Generous Package + Great Progression Opportunities

My client is a premier global property developer. By pioneering sustainable procurement practices in the construction and manufacturing sectors, they have more than doubled their revenue in the past 12 months and are poised for continued growth. Now, they are on the hunt for several dynamic and ambitious Procurement Specialists to join their powerhouse team and fuel their expansion in the UK market.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be at the heart of their revolutionary projects, managing the full procurement lifecycle for raw materials to support a variety of high-value initiatives in Real Estate and Construction. You will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to pinpoint business needs and craft innovative procurement strategies that drive cost savings and commercial success.
• Dive into traditional procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, contracting, negotiating, and building strong supplier relationships.

It is essential that you have robust procurement experience within the manufacturing or construction sectors (ideally both!). It is preferred that you would have obtained a CIPS qualification, however, this is not essential.

This role is based 5 days a week in the office. My client is passionate about your development and consequently want you to be fully immersed in the end-to-end process, where you will be regularly there is excellent opportunities for development with previous placements moving into senior buying/category manager roles in 12-18 months engaging with stakeholders, and suppliers.
