That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about. We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Demonstrates self-awareness - Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses. Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
