POSITION SUMMARY:

Clearway Health (CH) is a fast-growing, health system-based service provider. We help other health systems build, develop, and operate their own specialty pharmacy programs aimed at providing exceptional patient care and outcomes while delivering significant financial results. Our partnership model assists with all aspects of specialty pharmacy program development (including embedding pharmacy resources directly within clinics), leveraging our deep expertise acquired from directly operating within an academic health system and health plan.

CH has an exciting opportunity for an experienced highly motivated Manager of HR Programs to join our People Team. This role is part of a team that is responsible for establishing an exceptional people experience to support the engagement and retention of our new team members and remote associates. As a lead on this team you will be responsible for partnering in the strategic design and delivery of workforce programs for all CH associates. This role is the face of the department and will be responsible for employee communications that clearly articulates, promotes Clearway Health as a destination organization. This is a very hands on role that combines strategic project planning with strong attention to detail to support the day people delivery model.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
  • Provide strategic input during program and project design and implementation sessions
  • Monitors and utilizes workforce analytics to identify opportunities to innovate and drive business outcomes
  • Responsible for oversight of assigned programs such as New Hire Onboarding, University Relations
  • Partner with instructional design team members to create appropriate digital learning materials to support all CH employees
  • Implement/support organization wide culture initiatives to include employee listening sessions/surveys, focus groups and action planning
  • Plan and execute culture events and programs in coordination with VP, HR and the People Team
  • Work closely with the business to provide timely implementation of programs, and status reports to support the annual employee life cycle programs i.e. performance management, merit planning, HR Compliance training
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team in the preparation of internal employee communications regarding HR policies, newsletters
  • Troubleshoot and manage items as they arise that could impact the successful outcomes of projects and provide timeline regular updates
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
  • Requires a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with an emphasis in training and development, project management, organizational management and human resources.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
  • None

EXPERIENCE:
  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience in the non-profit sector.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to be detailed oriented in all notes and documentation.
  • Ability to analyze needs and apply resources effectively to meet those needs.
  • Ability to achieve targeted results through motivating, mobilizing, and delegating to others.
  • Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and web page usage/updating, social networking and other technologies that can be used to further carry the program's mission.
  • Ability to interpret data through reports and high level of competency in utilizing data to drive decision making and demonstrate outcome success
