THE OPPORTUNITY

The Facilities Support Coordinator receives and responds to restaurant facilities
work orders that arrive primarily through the platform used for Facilities. The FSC responds to restaurants, Facilities Specialists and vendors via the platform, phone and email. The FSC has a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and great customer service skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Respond to and process work orders immediately to achieve rapid response times with restaurants, Facilities Specialists and vendors
  • Contribute to a culture of rapid turnaround, and extremely high-quality customer service for our restaurant managers and Facilities Specialist Team.
  • Review, analyze and re-categorize work orders as necessary
  • Call restaurant managers for clarification of work orders and offer troubleshooting tips to resolve issue
  • Enforce standards with Facilities Specialist Team in terms of timeliness and multiple queue management
  • Identify issues and problems that arise within the platform used to track and trace work orders
  • Train operations teams on how to use the platform and efficiently execute work orders
  • Schedule and coordinate Preventative Maintenance, New Store Walkthrough visits and other meetings, as needed
  • Reduce administrative work required of and performed by Facilities Specialists
  • Following through on all work orders to ensure completion of every level/priority

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Be available to work regular & non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays. Shifts can be scheduled as early as 5AM and nights shifts can run until 12:00AM.
  • Have the ability to handle a high volume of work orders and phone calls daily
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, organization and time management
  • Possess the desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Be able to work independently and efficiently
  • Have the ability to use a PC, along with MS Office Suite software
  • Have a sense of urgency when completing multiple tasks at once
  • Preferred B.A./B.S. in related field; OR equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations a plus
  • Technical knowledge of restaurant equipment a plus
  • Have a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $19.23 to $24.52. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors.
