Boundless is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team.
This newly created role at Boundless will monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and generate coherent data for use in monitoring organizational goals and performance KPIs. The successful candidate will work closely with Boundless’ Sales partners, Sales Support team, Finance team, Suppliers, and fulfillment partners to optimize the supply chain, receive, track, and re-order inventory, and ensure data integrity. We are looking for a problem solver capable of identifying bottlenecks or problem areas and implementing solutions.
Essential Functions
- Manage the supply chain life cycle for both house-owned and customer-owned inventory programs
- Handle the non-accounting functions related to receiving, tracking stock levels, and re-ordering inventory goods
- Liaison with Boundless’ fulfillment partners as needed to ensure Boundless’ ERP system reflects accurate data
- Ensure that Boundless’ ERP system reflects stock levels and reorders accurately
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of related supply chain experience
- Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented and pragmatic
- Ability to learn new technologies and practices quickly and enthusiastically
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience working in NetSuite
- Experience in the Promotional Products industry
