We are looking to add a Learning & Experience Manager to our team!

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate in-market learning opportunities with partner suppliers (HD Supply, Radix,
    etc.)
  • Monitor weekly performance scorecards utilizing PowerBI
  • Coach team members on performance improvement strategies in both group and
    individual settings
  • Host virtual financial classes on budget, AP, and financial reporting
  • Host quarterly, in-person training workshops
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert liaison between the Accounting Department and
    Operations
  • Collaborate between Operations and Corporate Support Departments to ensure clear
    policy and procedures exist for performance responsibilities.
  • Manage the program logistics of the internal, peer-to-peer mentoring program for
    new Property Managers
  • Conduct a one-to-one property overview with all new Property and Regional
    Managers upon completion of week 1 training
  • Develop video, course, and tip sheet resources that regularly address current
    knowledge gaps
  • Positively influence the ResProp culture through corporate communications,
    campaigns, and committees

What You Must Have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the multifamily industry, preferably in an Assistant
    Manager, Property Manager, Accounting, or training-related position
  • Expertise in property budgets, accounts payable, and financial reporting
  • Comfortable facilitating training events to large groups both in-person and in a virtual
    setting
  • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
  • Proactive, autonomous, and self-disciplined work ethic to close gaps that arise with our teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience using a Business Intelligence Platform (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to build
    performance reporting and dashboards
  • Seasoned graphic design abilities to create banners, flyers, etc.
  • Experienced in video production and video/audio editing
  • Work history of facilitating in-person and/or virtually led learning events
  • ResMan and/or Coupa platform experience
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience
    Platform (LXP)
